Mascara is right behind lip gloss on my list of things to not leave home without. Here, a list of my favorites. Don’t forget to curl your lashes!
Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash: This lengthening, curling and volumizing mascara does what it says it will and makes your lashes look thick, dark and sexy.
Smashbox Bionic Mascara: This inky mascara works like an ionic hairbrush to make your lashes shine. It really opens up eyes and looks fantastic. Just beware – it starts to flake off at the end of the day, so save this one for nights out, not long days at the office.
Dior Diorshow Mascara: This is a cult classic for a reason. The fat brush coats lashes evenly and makes for dark, dramatic lashes. Use it whenever you want your eyes to be noticed.
Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara: A perfect everyday mascara, it lengthens and darkens lashes without clumping, and won’t irritate sensitive eyes. This one makes me feel perfectly put together.
Lancome Definicils: Lancome mascaras are all wonderful, but this one takes the cake. If dark, sexy, clump-free lashes are what you are after, try it. Your eyes might get you into trouble if you’re wearing this.
CoverGirl Exact Eyelights Mascara: Containing subtle flecks of color that complement each eye shade, this mascara made my blue eyes pop and lasted all day. A great drugstore find.
Benefit Bad Gal Lash: This big bad mascara made my lashes look amazing. Long, thick, and dark, it looked like I was wearing false lashes. This would be my go-to mascara, except that it wreaks havoc on my sensitive eyes. For those of you with less sensitive eyes, I’d definitely recommend this champ.
You should try Benefit’s new They’re Real mascara, I just got it, it’s AH-MAZING!!! Avril xXx
I’m definitely intrigued! I’ve heard great things, and Bad Gal makes lashes look so amazing! Have you noticed any eye irritation with They’re Real?
I’ve been using They’re Real for almost a week now and have no complaints! I have a review being posted onmy blog this Wednesday, Avril xXx
I will definitely check it out! Thanks!
Lancome Deficinils and Make Up Forever are two of my favorites, too. What’s your favorite eye make-up remover?
I find that a lot of eye makeup removers irritate my eyes – I have incredibly sensitive ones! I really like Simple facial cleansing cloths – they are gentle and very effective, even on waterproof mascara!
